唯此下，二、釋忽然念起，三：初、正釋今義。是諸染法始起之本故，故約忽起，以表其先也。

"Only this..." Below, second: explaining "a thought arises suddenly," in three parts: first, correctly explaining the present meaning. Because it is the basis of the initial arising of all defiled dharmas, "arising suddenly" is used to express its priority.
