以此下，重釋前即義，三：初、正釋。然前說不覺即動心，今說染心即不覺，有斯異耳。

[Regarding] "Because of this", and so on: it re-explains the previous meaning of "precisely [being]", in three parts: first, the direct explanation. Previously, it said that non-enlightenment is precisely the moving mind, whereas here it says that the defiled mind is precisely non-enlightenment; there is only this difference.
