二、徵釋。疏　非能分別者，無虛妄分別故。非所分別者，既無虛妄之心，即離所分別相，故前文云：心滅則種種法滅。無能所者，由前心境並亡故，得差別即無差別，同一真如也。

Second, the inquiry and explanation. The commentary states: "Not that which can conceptually differentiate..."—because there is no false conceptual differentiation. "Not that which is conceptually differentiated..."—since there is no false mind, it is free from the marks that are conceptually differentiated; hence the preceding text says: "When the mind ceases, then the manifold dharmas cease." "Without subject and object"—because the preceding mind and objects are both eliminated, differentiated is identical with non-differentiated, sharing the same one tathatā.
