15.61

疏　以彼下，可知。於中下，牒釋菩薩。初約能化釋，準《華嚴》說，具有十身之異，豈唯菩薩耶？亦可下，約所化釋，然前正後兼也。頓赴者，既多機頓感，佛亦頓赴，是故報身亦無量也，此即機應無礙。以一一下，釋前各各差別已下文，以如次三句釋三句，對文可見，即大小無礙也。餘文可知。

The commentary says: From "Because that..." on can be understood. From "Among them..." on takes up and explains bodhisattvas. First, explaining in terms of that which transforms: according to what the Avataṃsaka says, it possesses the distinctions of the ten bodies; how could it be only bodhisattvas? From "It can also..." on: explaining in terms of those who are transformed, but the former is primary and the latter is supplementary. "Suddenly responding": since many capacities suddenly evoke [it], the Buddha also suddenly responds; therefore the reward bodies are also immeasurable; this is the unimpededness between capacity and response. From "Because each and every..." on: explaining the text from "each distinct" onwards; explaining the three phrases with three corresponding phrases, it can be seen against the text; this is the unimpededness of large and small. The rest of the text can be understood.
