二、辨意。論　離念歸如等者，意令離前邪執有無等念，歸於真如，故《智論》云：念想觀已除，言語法皆滅，如是尊妙人，則能見般若。

Second, discerning the intention. The treatise says: "Detaching from thoughts to return to suchness, etc.": the intention is to cause one to detach from the preceding thoughts of mistaken attachments to existence, non-existence, and the like, returning to tathatā. Therefore the Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa says: "Thoughts, concepts, and contemplations have been eliminated, / the dharmas of language are all extinguished; / such an exalted and wondrous person / is then able to see prajñā."
