通別下，二、結成。謂通相別相二門雖殊，所攝之法更無差異，故云齊無所遺。

From "Shared and distinct..." onward is the second part, concluding and establishing. This means that although the two gates of shared aspect and distinct aspect are different, the dharmas they subsume have no divergence whatsoever; therefore it says "equally leaving nothing behind."
