From "Because tathatā..." onward is the second part, specifically explaining the aspects, which has two: first, explaining in terms of the two gates each subsuming, which has two: first, the main explanation. "Shared aspect" means that because the tathatā gate does not differentiate defilement and purity, although it subsumes defilement and purity, they are all of the same nature. What is called "aspect" means an aspect of meaning. Because this gate displays the meaning of defilement and purity harmoniously merging, it is called the shared aspect. Because when dharmas such as defilement and purity enter this gate, [...] are of one flavor and the principle of tathatā has no further difference, it says "without distinct defilement and purity, etc." "Therefore it can..." onward concludes, which is clear. "Distinctly displaying..." onward means that flowing along with [saṃsāra] and reversing the flow [toward nirvāṇa] are each mutually incompatible; meritorious qualities and afflictive toils are distinctly different; sentient beings and the Buddhas, ordinary beings and sages, are plainly evident; and pure lands and defiled lands are unequal in superiority and inferiority. "Nothing is not encompassed" means that although all [dharmas] are manifold, they do not go beyond defilement and purity; since it subsumes defilement and purity, the treatise therefore says it "subsumes all."
