立名中，疏二：初、正釋論意。此生等者，再牒前文之義。目此下，合彼二義以結此名。

Under "Assigning the Name," the commentary has two parts: first, directly explaining the treatise's intent. "This arising...", etc., re-cites the meaning of the previous text. "Designating this...", etc., integrates those two meanings to conclude this name.
