觀一切眾生從無始來，皆因無明熏習力故，受於無量身心大苦，現在未來亦復如是，無邊無限，難出難度，常在其中不能覺察，甚為可愍。

"Contemplate that all sentient beings from beginningless time, due to the perfuming power of ignorance, undergo immeasurable great bodily and mental suffering, and that the present and future are also like this—boundless and limitless, difficult to escape and difficult to cross over, constantly immersed within it and unable to be aware of it, truly to be pitied."
