6.80

是故宜應審諦觀察，當作是念：「此皆以我善根微薄、業障厚重，為魔鬼等之所迷惑。」如是知已，念彼一切皆唯是心，如是思惟，剎那即滅。

"Therefore, one should carefully examine and observe, and give rise to this thought: 'All these are because my roots of goodness are slight and thin, and my karmic obstacles are heavy and thick, so that I am deluded and confused by demons, ghosts, and the like.' Having known this, one contemplates that all of them are mind-only; when one contemplates in this way, they immediately vanish in a kṣaṇa."
