6.81

對治有三：二是方便，一是正修。二方便者：一是審諦觀察，覺知皆是魔事，不生一念迷亂心也；二是自念善根微薄、業障深重，反躬責己，悔過遷善也。一正修者，念彼一切皆唯是心，心外無法，不離一相三昧也。

There are three antidotes: two are expedients, and one is the primary cultivation. As for the two expedients: the first is carefully examining and observing, awakening to the fact that all are demonic events, so that not a single thought of confusion arises; the second is personally reflecting that one's roots of goodness are slight and thin and karmic obstacles are deep and heavy, turning back to reprove oneself, repenting errors and turning toward goodness. The one primary cultivation is contemplating that all of them are mind-only, that there are no phenomena outside the mind, not departing from the samādhi of one mark.
