"The equal condition means that all Buddhas and bodhisattvas, with equal wisdom and equal aspiration, universally wish to rescue all sentient beings, operating spontaneously and continuously, always without interruption. Because they perfume sentient beings with this wisdom and aspiration, they cause them to remember the Buddhas and bodhisattvas, and by seeing or hearing them receive benefit, [causing them to] enter pure samādhi and, according to the hindrances they sever, obtain the unobstructed eye, so that in thought-moment after thought-moment they equally and directly see immeasurable Buddhas and bodhisattvas in all worlds."
