13.81

第二門中約道分別。具有四義：一約見修二道分別、二依法比、三約忍智、四就有漏無漏分別。言見修者，望無礙道，前六是其見道斷智，見道無礙斷障得故；後三是其修道斷智，修道無礙斷障得故。望解脫道，前五是其見道斷智，見諦道中解脫證故；次三是其修道斷智，修道門中解脫證故。後一是其無學斷智，無學果中解脫證故（此一門竟）。

In the second section, they are distinguished according to the paths. This has four meanings: 1. Distinguished according to the two paths of seeing and cultivation; 2. According to dharma and subsequent [knowledges and forbearances]; 3. According to forbearance and knowledge; 4. Distinguished with respect to tainted and untainted. Regarding the paths of seeing and cultivation: viewed from the unimpeded path, the first six are the knowledges of abandonment of the path of seeing, because they are attained through the unimpeded [path] of the path of seeing severing hindrances; the latter three are the knowledges of abandonment of the path of cultivation, because they are attained through the unimpeded [path] of the path of cultivation severing hindrances. Viewed from the path of liberation, the first five are the knowledges of abandonment of the path of seeing, because they are realized by liberation within the path of seeing the truths; the next three are the knowledges of abandonment of the path of cultivation, because they are realized by liberation within the gate of the path of cultivation; the last one is the knowledge of abandonment of the non-learner, because it is realized by liberation within the fruit of the non-learner (this concludes the first subsection).
