第三門中就處分別。於中有四：一三界處、二禪地處、三道位處、四集斷處。三界處者，欲界有四：見斷三、修斷一。上界有五，見斷三、修二（此一門竟）。

In the third section, they are distinguished with respect to the stages. Within this there are four: 1. Stages of the three realms; 2. Stages of the dhyāna levels; 3. Stages of the path positions; 4. Stages of aggregated abandonment. As for the stages of the three realms: the desire realm has four—three severed by seeing, and one severed by cultivation. The upper realms have five—three severed by seeing, and two severed by cultivation (this concludes the first subsection).
