次就人論。如《毘婆娑》說「何人能具？謂佛如來，餘皆不具。」有人復說：羅漢辟支及佛能具，餘皆不具（此六門竟）。

Next, discussing them in terms of persons. As the *Vibhāṣā* states: "What person can possess them fully? Namely, the Buddha, the Tathāgata; all others are not fully endowed [with them]." Someone also says: arhats, pratyekabuddhas, and Buddhas can possess them fully, whereas all others are not fully endowed [with them] (this concludes the sixth section).
