次就界論。界謂三界。依如《毘曇》，重空三昧唯欲界起，非上二界。就欲界中，三天下人能起此觀。由說起故，《成實》無文，理應遍通。大乘法中，菩薩自在於三界中隨身何處皆得修起（此四門竟）。

Next is the discussion according to realm. "Realm" refers to the three realms. According to the Abhidharma, the repeated-emptiness samādhi arises only in the desire realm, not in the upper two realms. Within the desire realm, persons of the three continents are able to arouse this contemplation. Since its arising is spoken of thus, although the Tattvasiddhi has no explicit text, in principle it should apply everywhere. In the Mahāyāna Dharma, bodhisattvas possess sovereignty, and wherever their bodies may be within the three realms, they are able to cultivate and arouse it in all cases.
