The meaning of the six superknowledges is distinguished in nine sections: (1. Explaining the names; 2. Discussing the essence; 3. The principle of acquisition through cultivation; 4. Differences between Mahāyāna and Hīnayāna; 5. Differentiating by the three natures; 6. Differentiating by the three karmas; 7. Differentiating superknowledge, clear knowledge, manifestations, etc.; 8. The sequence of cultivating and generating them; 9. Delineating their characteristics according to the sūtras).
