20.51

次依第一義智起化次第。於此門中，先以是處非處智力觀第一義；次以業力觀在家人造種種業，令修淨業；次以定力觀出家人，令修定行；後以根力至漏盡力，令諸眾生於苦解脫以道度之。其中次第與初門同（此二門竟）。

Next, the sequence of initiating transformation based on ultimate truth wisdom. In this section, first, with the power of knowledge of what is possible and impossible, he contemplates the ultimate truth; next, with the power of karma, he observes householders creating various karmas, causing them to cultivate pure karma; next, with the power of samādhi, he observes renunciants, causing them to cultivate concentration practice; later, with the powers from faculties up to the destruction of the outflows, he causes sentient beings to be liberated from suffering, crossing them over by means of the path. The sequence among them is the same as the first section (this concludes the second section).
