通結上文。初一句斷定不遷，後二句結成本義。尚無微眹之動，況有大者。
This generally concludes the preceding text. The first sentence decisively determines immutability; the latter two sentences conclude the fundamental thesis. If there is not even a subtle sign of motion, how much less could there be a gross one?
