然則旋嵐偃（仆也）岳而常靜、江河競注而不流、野馬瓢鼓（動也）而不動、日月歷（經也）天而不周。

Thus, the whirlwind that topples (overturns) mountains is constantly restful; the rivers that rush along do not flow; the wafting shimmer (moves) is motionless; the sun and moon traversing (passing through) the sky do not revolve.
