At the beginning there are six lines, which do not destroy the characteristics of past and present, being neither departing nor coming, in order to clarify immutability. They are divided into two sets of three: each has the first line state the topic, the second explain it, and the third give the reason for immutability. Because the past does not come to the present, one knows that the present does not go to the past. From 'Because it does not come' down, the four lines conclude that the characteristics of past and present, following their nature, each abide in their own position, and all are immutable. 'Galloping' is the appearance of chasing and running.
