是以智彌昧、照逾明（實），神彌靜、應逾動（權）。豈曰明昧動靜之異哉？

Therefore, the dimmer the wisdom, the brighter the illumination (tattva-jñāna); the calmer the spirit, the more dynamic the responsiveness (upāya-jñāna). How could this be a difference between brightness and dimness, or dynamism and calm?
