故《成具》云：「不為而過為（權）。」寶積曰：「無心無識，無不覺知（實）。」
Therefore the Chengju [guangming dingyi jing] says: "Without doing anything, it does all in excess (upāya-jñāna)." The Ratnakūṭa says: "Without mind and without consciousness, there is nothing it does not perceive (tattva-jñāna)."
