初二句舊說，連前。今詳義意，合貫廣初。題言疏答，即通答前問故也。次二句，形像衣服儒釋兩殊，玄妙歸期終無有二。亦殊途而同歸也。次二句，謂南北雖遠，妙理唯一，契之則近。後二句，既理契即隣，故南望道途而興想也。
