恐談者脫謂空有兩心、靜躁殊用，故言覩變之知不可謂之不有耳。

I fear that the speaker perhaps thinks that emptiness and existence entail two minds, and tranquility and agitation entail distinct functions, and therefore says that the cognition beholding change cannot be said to be not existent.
