而陛下聖德不孤，獨與什公神契，目擊道存，快盡其中方寸，故能振（舉）彼玄風以啟末俗。
Yet Your Majesty's sagely virtue is not solitary; you alone spiritually tallied with Master Kumārajīva, perceiving the Dao upon direct encounter, thoroughly plumbing the depths of his mind; therefore, you were able to raise up that mysterious wind to inspire the customs of the degenerate age.
