Prajñā is without knowing. The first four sentences speak through principle. 'Ten thousand capacities' is a general number. Not being perturbed has two reasons: first, due to the resonance of capacities, like the moon appearing in clear water; second, due to being without thought, like a cintāmaṇi granting desires. 'A thousand difficulties' is analogous. The next two sentences illustrate with metaphors. [Nirvāṇa] with remainder is named 'moving,' like floating clouds; [nirvāṇa] without remainder is named 'stillness,' like the spirit of the valley. 'Spirit of the valley' comes from the *Daodejing*, which says: 'The spirit of the valley never dies.' The last two sentences directly clarify being without mind.
