3.42

無名曰：經稱有餘涅槃、無餘涅槃者，秦言無為，亦名滅度。

“The Nameless One states: What the sūtras call nirvāṇa with remainder (*sopadhiśeṣa-nirvāṇa*) and nirvāṇa without remainder (*nirupadhiśeṣa-nirvāṇa*) is called in the Qin language ‘non-action’ (*wuwei*), and also ‘quenched liberation’ (*miedu*).
