Eighth, regarding the various headings: Among them, there are ten: first, the master of the land; second, the supporters; third, the retinue; fourth, the upholding; fifth, the activities; sixth, the gathering and benefiting; seventh, the fearlessnesses; eighth, the paths of travel; ninth, the conveyances; tenth, entering through the gates. First, the master of the land: The Buddhabhūmi-sūtra says: 'The capital of the Tathāgata, meaning that the Buddhas are masters of all Buddha lands; because of their excellence, they are not the capitals of others, but belong solely to the World-Honoured One. Or, it is solely the World-Honoured One who sustains and embraces them, which others cannot do.' That is, each of the three Buddha bodies is master in its own land and none other. Namely, in the dharmatā land, whose nature is unique, the Dharma body is the master. Although the self-enjoyment land pervades the dharmadhātu, each Buddha individually transforms their own and is individually their master, without obstructing one another. As for the other-enjoyment land and the transformation land, although transformed by various Buddhas, in terms of their single composite sign they are also bodies of a single sign; each embraces them as master according to what is appropriate, without obstructing one another.
