慧種姓相者，謂諸菩薩成俱生慧，能入一切明處境界。性不鈍昧，於放逸處，有力思擇。如是等類名慧種姓。

As for the characteristic marks of the gotra of prajñā: bodhisattvas accomplish innate prajñā, able to enter into the realms of all domains of knowledge. Their nature is not dull or obtuse; in situations of heedlessness, they have the power of discernment. Such classes of things are called the gotra of prajñā.
