「弟子某甲等，願從今身盡未來際，歸依佛竟，歸依法竟，歸依僧竟（三說）。」

"I, disciple so-and-so, and others, vow that from this present body until the end of the future, having taken refuge in the Buddha, having taken refuge in the Dharma, having taken refuge in the Saṅgha." (Spoken three times).
