3.74

第三復次為攝利他六事故，如其次第於彼受用令不乏故，不惱彼故，忍彼惱故，助彼所作令不退故，以神通力令歸向故，以善說法斷彼疑故，如是利他即成自利。

Third, in order to encompass the six matters of benefiting others: in sequence, causing them not to lack enjoyment; not harming them; enduring their harm; assisting their undertakings so that they do not regress; causing them to take refuge through the power of supernormal abilities; and severing their doubts through well-spoken Dharma. In this way, benefiting others is itself self-benefit.
