六、一切種施者，有十三相：一無依、二廣大、三歡喜、四數數、五田器、六非田器、七一切物、八一切處、九一切時、十無罪、十一有情物、十二方土物、十三財穀物施。一遂求施者有八相：一匱飲食、二匱車乘、三匱衣服、四匱嚴具、五匱資什、六匱塗飾香鬘、七匱舍宅、八匱乏光明，而求乞者施以光明。上七準此。

Sixth, giving of all kinds (sarvākāradāna), has thirteen characteristics: first, without reliance; second, vast; third, joyful; fourth, frequent; fifth, to a recipient who is a field of merit; sixth, to a recipient who is not a field of merit; seventh, of all things; eighth, in all places; ninth, at all times; tenth, faultless; eleventh, of sentient beings; twelfth, of regional goods; thirteenth, giving of wealth and grains. Giving in accordance with requests (yathārthanirhāra-dāna) has eight characteristics: first, lack of food and drink; second, lack of vehicles; third, lack of clothing; fourth, lack of ornaments; fifth, lack of utensils and provisions; sixth, lack of unguents, scents, and garlands; seventh, lack of dwellings; eighth, lack of light—and to those who beg, one gives light. The above seven are understood by analogy with this.
