三、約所流辨。謂三乘等悉從一乘流故。故經云「汝等所行是菩薩道」等。又經云「毘尼者，即大乘」也。

Third, explaining by reference to that which flows forth. This means that the Three Vehicles and so on all flow forth from the One Vehicle. Hence the sūtra says: "What you are practicing is the bodhisattva path," and so forth. Furthermore, the sūtra says: "The vinaya is indeed the Mahāyāna."
