依上諸義，即三乘等並名一乘，皆隨本宗定故，主伴不具故，是同非別也。

Relying on the above meanings, the Three Vehicles and so forth are all called the One Vehicle; because they are all determined according to their root tradition, and because lord and attendant are not complete, this is the common [teaching] and not the distinct [teaching].
