八、依江南慜法師立二教：一、釋迦經，謂屈曲教，以逐物機隨計破著故，如《涅槃》等。二、盧舍那經，謂平等道教，以逐法性自在說故，即《華嚴》是也。

8. According to Master Min of Jiangnan, he established two teachings: First, the Śākyamuni sūtras, called the bending teaching, because it adapts to the faculties of beings and shatters attachments in accordance with their false reckonings, as in the Nirvāṇa[-sūtra] and so forth. Second, the Rocana sūtras, called the teaching of the equal path, because it speaks spontaneously in accordance with the dharma-nature, which is the Avataṃsaka.
