二逐機末教者，謂三乘等，有二義：一與一乘同時異處說、二異時異處說。

Second, regarding the branch teachings that pursue capacities, meaning the Three Vehicles and so forth, there are two meanings: first, expounded at the same time as the One Vehicle but in a different place; second, expounded at different times and in different places.
