1.82

七、或有眾生於此世中三乘根不定故，堪進入同教一乘者，即見自所得三乘之法，皆依一乘無盡教起，是彼方便阿含施設。是故諸有所修，皆迴向一乘，如會三歸一等。又如上所引三乘與一乘同時說者等。

Seventh: there may be sentient beings in this world who, because their Three Vehicles capacity is not fixed, are capable of advancing into the common teaching One Vehicle; thus they see that the dharmas of the Three Vehicles which they themselves have attained all arise in reliance on the inexhaustible teaching of the One Vehicle, being upāya-āgama provisions of that [One Vehicle]. Therefore, whatever they cultivate is all dedicated toward the One Vehicle, like converging the three into the one, and so on. Also, it is like the citations above where the Three Vehicles and the One Vehicle are preached at the same time.
