六者說異，謂此一乘此一方說一事一義一品一會等時，必結通十方一切世界皆同此說，主伴共成一部，是故此經隨一文一句皆遍十方，多文多句亦皆遍十方。三乘等則不爾，但隨一方一相說，無此主伴該通等也。

The sixth is distinction in preaching: namely, when this One Vehicle preaches one matter, one meaning, one chapter, one assembly, and so on in this one direction, it necessarily connects with and permeates all worlds of the ten directions as all having this identical preaching, ruler and retinues mutually forming one single text; therefore, in this sūtra, any single passage or single phrase is completely omnipresent in the ten directions, and many passages and many phrases are also completely omnipresent in the ten directions. The Three Vehicles and so forth are not like this; they are preached only according to a single direction and a single characteristic, lacking this pervasive universality of ruler and retinues, and so forth.
