問：「義既不同，何故一種同是信滿勝進分上起此用耶？」答：「為欲方便顯此一乘信滿成佛，令易信受故，於彼教先作此說。」

Question: 'Since their meanings are not the same, why do both uniformly arise with this function upon the superior advancement portion of the completion of faith?' Answer: 'In order to expediently reveal this One Vehicle attainment of buddhahood upon the completion of faith and make it easy to believe and accept, this explanation was first given in that teaching.'
