若依終教，地前留惑，受分段身，於初地中永斷一切煩惱使種，亦不分彼分別俱生。於所知障中，又斷一分麁品正使，是故地上受變易身，至金剛位。餘義如下斷惑中說。

According to the final teaching, prior to the grounds one retains afflictions and receives a fragmentary body; within the first stage, one permanently severs all affliction-driver seeds, and does not differentiate between intellectually acquired and innate. Among cognitive obscurations, one also severs a coarse portion of primary drivers; therefore, upon the grounds, one receives a transformation body up to the vajropama stage. The remaining meaning is as explained below under the severance of afflictions.
