二、寄皮等三惑顯三僧祇故。梁《攝論》云「初僧祇斷皮煩惱，第二僧祇斷肉煩惱，第三僧祇斷心煩惱。」
Second, provisionally assigning the three defilements of skin and so forth to clarify the three asaṃkhyeyas. The Liang translation of the Mahāyānasaṃgraha says: 'In the first asaṃkhyeya, one cuts off skin defilements; in the second asaṃkhyeya, one cuts off flesh defilements; in the third asaṃkhyeya, one cuts off heart defilements.'
