第九、明攝化分齊者，若依小乘中，唯此娑婆雜穢處是佛報土，於中此閻浮提是報佛所依，餘百億等是化境分齊也。

Ninth, explaining the scope of gathering and transforming [sentient beings]: According to Hīnayāna, only this Sahā [world], this mixed and defiled place, is the buddha's reward land; within it, this Jambudvīpa is what the reward buddha relies upon, and the remaining ten billion [continents] and so forth are the scope of the transformation sphere.
