4.19

第四、非有非無者，戲論緣起亦非理也。何者？以其執者於有無中所計不成故，即以情謂非有非無為道理也。此既非理，亦具上失。思以準之。

Fourth, to hold that [dependent origination] is neither existent nor nonexistent is conceptual proliferation regarding dependent origination, and is likewise irrational. Why? Because the grasper's conceptualization between existence and nonexistence has failed to be established, they mentally posit 'neither existent nor nonexistent' as the correct principle. Since this is already irrational, it also incurs the aforementioned faults. This can be understood by analogy.
