Sixth is the approach of the simultaneous accomplishment of secret concealment and revelation. In the various meanings above, concealment and clear revelation are accomplished simultaneously. Therefore, this sūtra says: 'Entering correct absorption in this region, / One arises from samādhi in another region; / The visual faculty enters correct concentration, / And samādhi arises in the visible dust,' and so forth. It also says: 'Entering correct absorption in a man's body, / Samādhi arises in a woman's body,' and so forth. Entering correct absorption in a single fine dust particle, samādhi arises at the tip of a single hair. Being unfettered like this, this conceals and that reveals; entering absorption and arising from concentration are simultaneous, secretly accomplished. Furthermore, this sūtra says: 'Because there are conditions in the worlds of the ten directions, / Going and returning, entering and leaving to deliver sentient beings, / Some see the bodhisattva entering correct absorption, / And some see the bodhisattva arising from concentration.' It also says: 'In those worlds of the ten directions, / Thought-moment by thought-moment manifesting the realization of correct awakening, / Turning the wheel of the correct Dharma, and entering nirvāṇa, / Manifesting the division of relics to deliver sentient beings.' Immeasurable statements like these are detailed in the sūtra. Furthermore, just as when the Buddha bestows prophecies upon bodhisattvas, he either bestows prophecy in person, or not in person, or bestows prophecy secretly, etc.; as with the ten coins within the first coin above, they are called clearly revealed, while the second coin, viewed from the perspective of the ten within the first coin, is secret. Why is that? Because seeing this one does not see that, and they do not know each other. Although they do not know or see each other, yet because the accomplishment of this accomplishes that, both are called accomplished. One should reflect on this by analogy.'
