四、攝同類者，謂彼一切無邊劫中，一一劫內各攝無量同類劫海，常說此法。

Fourth, "encompassing identical kinds" means that within all those boundless kalpas, each and every kalpa encompasses immeasurable oceans of kalpas of the same kind, constantly expounding this Dharma.
