六、念攝劫者，於一念中，即攝如上無量前後同異劫海，如是念念盡前後際，一一念中皆各普攝一切諸劫，皆亦如是如是時劫常說此法。

Sixth, "thought-moments encompassing kalpas" means that within a single thought-moment, it encompasses the immeasurable oceans of identical and different kalpas of past and future as described above; thought-moment by thought-moment thus exhausting the prior and posterior limits, each and every thought-moment universally encompasses all kalpas; during all such periods of kalpas, this Dharma is constantly expounded.
