三、嚴會眾者，如諸神王、天王等眾，有三十餘類，一一類眾各過世界微塵數等，並是道力隨緣，殊形異現，俯同世間顯隨類生身，則是眾生世間之身，莊嚴盧舍那佛大眾法會也。餘宗是化，為令淨土示不空故；此中是實，以是海印三昧現故、能問顯示大法海故。

Third, the assembly of adornment: such as the assemblies of divine kings, heavenly kings, and the like, comprising over thirty kinds. Each kind of assembly surpasses the number of subtle atoms in a world; all through the power of the Way they accord with conditions, appearing in distinct and varied forms, condescending to the mundane world to reveal bodies born according to category—which are the bodies of the world of sentient beings—to adorn the great assembly and Dharma gathering of Rocana Buddha. In other traditions, these are transformations, shown so that the pure land would not appear empty; but here they are real, because they are manifested by the ocean-seal samādhi and are able to question and reveal the great ocean of the Dharma.
