二、則此華葉其必普周，無有邊際，而恒不壞本位分齊，此即分則無分，廣狹無礙。經云「此諸華葉普覆法界」等。

Second, this flower petal must universally pervade without boundary, yet it never destroys its original position and delimitation. This means that having parts is without parts—the non-obstruction of breadth and narrowness. As the sūtra says: "These flower petals universally cover the dharmadhātu," and so forth.
