四、明一切法皆如夢故，謂彼夢法長短無礙，是故論云「處夢謂經百年，覺乃須臾故，時雖無量，攝在一剎耶」等。

Fourth, it clarifies that all phenomena are like dreams; this means that dream phenomena are unobstructed in length and shortness. Therefore the treatise says: "Dwelling in a dream, one considers that a hundred years have passed, / But upon awakening it was only an instant; / Therefore, though time is immeasurable, / It is subsumed within a single kṣaṇa," and so forth.
